It is your responsibility to carefully & thoroughly read prior to scheduling your appointment.
A mask is required for your appointment.
Please avoid booking an appointment if you are feeling sick or have been around someone who has been sick or tested positive for the flu or COVID in the last 21 days. No exceptions!
if you have a fever, runny nose, cough.. etc you will not be serviced
Please book the correct service(s) including add-ons for your appointment, as you will not be able to add or change any service at your appointment. Once the service is book
Please be sure to select the correct time and day as well when scheduling
Please include an email address when booking for all updates, promotions, changes, specials or information about our Salon
I do not service Kids under 10 years old
Your child must be able to sit for the timeframe of their appointment. Service will be refused, no exceptions
I do not service anyone who's sensitive or tender headed as this cause discomfort and that is not good. Service will be refused, no exceptions
-has phobia of any hot tools to their head (curling iron, flat iron.. etc)
Shampoo service is provided for all. We do ask that all Clients hair must be detangled and not matted unless the proper detangle fee will be added to the Client's service. This can be up to $50
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $25 is required for all booking. All deposits are put towards your scheduled service
No deposit, no appointment!
Please no extra guest/children or I will refuse service.
One Adult is allowed with a child to their appointment.
I do no do rush service, please schedule your appointments accordingly
Appointment cancellation or reschedule must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment
If you must cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do such is considered a no call/no show and you will no longer be able to book an appointment with Kara. There’s no exceptions
Appointments cannot be rescheduled, a new appointment must be booked with the required deposit
No calls / No shows will not be allowed to book any future appointments with me and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Remaining balance can be paid in cash or Zelle at no additional charge.
Credit and debit cards are subjected to 6% MD tax
No other payment methods accepted
Once service has began, you will not be able to leave the salon to get funds.
When paying balance through Zelle; please include your name, appointment date & time
Please arrive on time or at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early than your scheduled appointment. There's a 10-minute grace period without late fee and or cancellation. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancel and you will need to reschedule. And note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
